Our services

Promotour offers holiday accommodation exclusively in Isolaverde, in residential structures and condominiums, reservations range from a single week to a week-end.

Rentals are available both in peak and low season. From 1/04 – 10/06 and 10/09- 10/10, reservations may be made for two nights from Monday to Thursday and three nights at weekends. In the summer period reservations are accepted for a minimum period of two weeks from 10/06 -10/09.
To reserve the apartments a deposit of 30% of the entire sum due must be paid with the remaining 70% to be paid to Promotour on the day of arrival before the keys of the apartment are handed over.

As well as the balance due for the rental, a cautionary deposit of € 100.00 (one hundred) must be paid on arrival which will be returned after our staff have checked the apartment. It is understood that any breakages will be detracted from such sum.
