The prices indicated are inclusive of water, gas and VAT.
Changeover cleaning must be paid for by the client (€25.00) solely in the periods 01/04-10/06 and 10/09 – 10/10

Reservations will be made following signing of the rental contract at our offices or alternatively following receipt of a postal order for 30% of the total rental fee, payable to Promotour s.a.s casella postale n°18-30010 S.Anna Di Chioggia Venezia.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

LOW SEASON 10/04 – 10/06 and 10/09 – 10/10
Electricity € 7.50 for rentals of 3 nights.
Electricity € 5.00 for rentals of 2 nights.
Electricity calculated according to consumption for rentals of more than 3 nights.

SUMMER SEASON 10/06-10/09
Electricity calculated on the basis of consumption for costs of over € 10.00 for air-conditioned apartments only.
